Don't worry that the links will show up red, etc. The links will show up exactly like the rest of the links that are on your site.

In order to put the headlines on your site your host must have PHP installed on their servers. If they have it then just grab the code and add it. If you are unsure then contact your host and ask if they support PHP. Usually most of the free hosts do not support PHP, besides Freedom To Surf and a few more.
