Brahim joined Manchester City from Málaga FC in 2013. He went through the youth teams first and in 2015 he joined the U23 Premier League. He made his first-team debut on September 21, 2016, when he came on for Kelechi Iheanacho in the 80th minute in the League Cup's 2-1 win over Swansea City. In the 2017/18 season Brahim, in addition to one appearance each in the League Cup and FA Cup, played three times in the Champions League and five times in the Premier League and he was part of the professional squad.
