16.2 || webmaster

Scorers: Maggiore 57 (S), S Bastoni 67 (S)

Spezia absolutely dominated this match and deservedly beat Serie A leaders Milan 2-0 with Giulio Maggiore and Simone Bastoniís debut top flight goals.

This was the first game for Spezia since the club was sold to American businessman Robert Platek on Thursday and they had some excellent recent results, including wins away to Sassuolo and Napoli. MíBala Nzola, Roberto Piccoli, Claudio Terzi, Diego Farias and Salva Ferrer remained out of action, while the Rossoneri had Davide Calabria suspended, Brahim Diaz and Ante Rebic injured, but Ismael Bennacer, Simon Kjaer and Hakan Calhanoglu returned to the starting XI.
