Milan comfortably swept Crotone aside to take back top spot with Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Ante Rebic braces.

The Rossoneri needed a victory to retain top spot after Inter beat Fiorentina on Friday, but Simon Kjaer, Brahim Diaz, Sandro Tonali and Ismael Bennacer were injured, with Hakan Calhanoglu back on the bench for the first time after recovering from COVID. Crotone were rock bottom and had Brazilian talent Junior Messias suspended, along with Luca Cigarini and Salvatore Molina injuries, so threw Adam Ounas and Samuel Di Carmine straight into the starting XI. Arkadiusz Reca pulled out in the warm-up, so Pedro Pereira started instead.
