Milan dominated the first half and took the lead with a penalty, but Andrea Belotti’s five-minute brace turned it all around for Torino.

Both sides were coming off disappointing defeats and revamped their line-ups. Simone Verdi was given his first start for Toro as trequartista behind Simone Zaza and Andrea Belotti. Theo Hernandez, Ismael Bennacer and Rafael Leao were brought into the Rossoneri XI, Marco Giampaolo moving to a 4-3-3 formation.
