Palmeiras pay £7 mil for Ronaldinho loan? 5.8 || webmaster

Ronaldinho is again at the centre of transfer rumours, as Palmeiras are reportedly offering £7m to take him on loan this season.
The Brazilian has been struggling with injury all summer and is yet to make his first appearance of 2010-11.
He had been linked with a return to his homeland at Flamengo, but now stories out of Rio de Janeiro suggest Palmeiras are the new favourites.
Newspaper Lancet claims the club would be willing to pay £7m in order to have Ronaldinho on loan for this season, possibly up to December 2011.
It is rumoured that several investors have already raised enough to push through the deal, while the club is seeking more sponsors to cover his wages.
However, Milan would only release Dinho on loan if he extended the contract that currently ties him until June 2011.
If he were to put pen to paper on a new deal that expires in June 2014, then the star could be farmed out to Palmeiras to rediscover his form.
