Former midfielder Stefano Eranio has claimed former sporting director Zvonimir Boban left his position just as Milan began to “see glimpses of light”.

The Rossoneri had climbed to seventh in Serie A and were fighting for a place in Europe next season when the current campaign was suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic.
