Milan have officially signed Robinho from Manchester City in a permanent move, as Marco Borriello reportedly agrees terms with Roma.

The Brazilian has already undergone his medical and a statement on the Rossoneri website confirmed the permanent move.

Robinho has signed a four-year contract with the San Siro side, who only completed the capture of Zlatan Ibrahimovic from Barcelona at the weekend.

The news of Borriello’s switch to Roma is not yet official, but all reports suggest Roma are waiting until the stock market has closed before announcing the deal.

This too ought to be a permanent switch after the striker refused a loan to Juventus because he wanted more certainty in his career.

It is believed Borriello will join Roma for €13m, although at one stage Philippe Mexes was offered in part-exchange.

Roma have also loaned midfielder Ahmed Barusso to Serie B outfit Livorno. He spent last season at Brescia and Torino.

In other transfer shorts, Palermo striker Igor Budan has joined Cesena on loan.

Lazio have sold Emilson Sanchez Cribari to Napoli for €0.5m.

Sampdoria full-back Marius Stankevicius has moved to Valencia on loan with an option to buy.
